Whispertree offers more than just a stunning retreat setting with luxurious accommodations it’s an opportunity to learn about regenerative land practices and engage in local activities like winery tours, farm-to-table dining, and unique team-building exercises.
RETREAT AGENDA
NIGHT 1
Begins with a warm community dinner where everyone connects and shares, followed by a song circle to open the retreat with music and harmony.
DAY 2
Starts with a morning workshop focused on visioning, strategic networking, and ecosystem mapping. In the afternoon, participants explore survival skills and resilience practices, and the day closes with an evening ritual, celebration dinner, and live music.
DAY 3
Includes announcements and an integration circle, morning workshops on emergency preparedness, and a community brunch. The afternoon is dedicated to ancestral technology for beloved community, concluding with an early dinner before departure.

He has served as an executive coach, advisor and organizer with Fortune 500 companies, startups and grass-roots movements across the US, Africa, Asia, South and Central America.

Lotus Malana Wong is an Executive Facilitator, Brand Designer, and CEO of Creative Muse Studios. With 15 years of global experience across 35+ countries, Lotus elevates leaders and transforms teams to bring bold visions to life. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies like Adobe, Nike and Starbucks to non-profits including Race Forward, Women Donors Network, and the Oakland Museum of Contemporary Art.
