  • We work to provide strategic networking opportunities to connect you with potential collaborators and opportunities that can support your work in the world.

  • We also serve as a platform, providing co-promotion and connecting you with the venues, talent, experts and other resources that can support your work.

  • Building a thriving organization is all about relationships. Often, the right connection can make all the difference and yet especially for leaders of color it can be hard to find mentorship that’s relatable.

  • We offer our members customized services and resources that support you as a leader and your organization to level up every aspect of your business including operations, finances, branding, and target audience.

  • We provide you with curated connections from our directory of healers, therapists, coaches and other practitioners.

  • For select members, we also offer fiscal sponsorship with our partner organization, Holistic Underground.

  • Community is the bedrock of our work. The top tier of membership is designed to be experiential and to build meaningful connections throughout.

  • Once a year, we provide a guided cohort-based program to level up leaders and scale the impact of purpose-driven organizations and businesses.

As a member of the Embrace Community, George was supported with coaching, and advisory on budgeting and fundraising. They later received accounting and back-end support through our fiscal sponsorship partner, which led to receiving their first round of grant funding to propel their work forward.

Case Study: Essential Food & Medicine

AshEL SeaSunz and Xochitl Bernadette Moreno, Co-Founders, Essential Food and Medicine (EFAM):

Creating liberation through food, medicine and media.

EFAM recovers, transforms, and distributes food surplus and natural medicines and provides education and support to unhoused, formerly incarcerated, low income and indigenous communities to further the regeneration of people and land.

As Embrace members, co-founders, AshEL and Xochitl were supported with executive coaching, financial strategy, and consultation on branding and budgeting.
